We are writing this letter to announce that our company will be closing its talent board on February 2, 2022. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any more applications at this time. In the last few months, we have been going through all talent applications and interviews. AEG’s top priority is to serve our talent board efficiently.

The process of narrowing a large applicant pool is a challenging one, especially when it is composed of so many highly qualified candidates. The decision is not, therefore, a negative assessment of your skills or accomplishments. Nor does it have any bearing on your suitability or fit with AEG, should you have an interest in the future.

AEG wants to thank you for your interest and for giving us the opportunity to learn a bit about you and wish you the utmost success throughout your career, and encourage you to not give up and get ready for the next door to open.

Now the question is, what are we DOING and what are we going to DO?

WE WILL CONTINUE TO SERVE OUR CURRENT ROSTER

WE WILL MAKE ONGOING DONATIONS TO AS MANY BENEFITTING CHARITIES AS WE CAN, INCLUDING BLACK LIVES MATTER, THE CONSCIOUS KIDS, AND CAMPAIGN ZERO TO NAME A FEW.

WE WILL USE OUR SOCIAL PLATFORMS TO AMPLIFY ARTISTS

WE WILL CONTINUE TO BE INCLUSIVE IN OUR WORKPLACE.

WE WILL CARRY ON OUR OBJECTIVE TO SPOTLIGHT MORE MINORITIES, MORE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, AND MORE WOMEN.

WE WILL EDUCATE OURSELVES, OUR CHILDREN, AND OUR TALENT.
